Delivery Information
Delivery within Nairobi CBD is FREE for orders over Ksh 400 and above otherwise, delivery within the CBD for orders below Ksh 400 will attract a shipping fee of Ksh 100. For areas within the vicinity of Nairobi, shipping charges of between Ksh. 150 - Ksh. 350 will apply, depending on distance. For areas away from Nairobi, a courier service will be used. The courier will be one that is comfortable for the purchaser and shipping charges will be due to that company.
Products that cost over Ksh. 3,500 and ksh 5000 will not attract shipping charges within Nairobi and Kenya respectively.
The products will be delivered within 1-3 working days of ordering, or on a day when both parties will be available.
